I would highly recommend Michele Ryan for the position of Choreographer/Guest teacher/Dance instructor/Judge because I feel that she will be an asset to your organization. I have known Michele for over fourteen years and I have found her to be very reliable and dedicated to her dance studio, her students and to our community. Michele also is an excellent businessperson who is organized, pays attention to detail and gets the work done.
I've seen Michele and her students perform and I can see how much energy and enthusiasm goes into every performance. Michele is a pro who cares about her students. She works hard to put on the best performance as possible while encouraging her students to have fun while they are learning to dance. Her students know that Michele is there for them to talk to, to encourage them, and to tell them that there are no limits to their dreams. Michele has been very generous to our community. Michele takes pride in her work and the accomplishments of not only herself, but also of her students. She is the founder of Studio 1 Dance Center, Pa. that is also home to her award winning Dance Express and Junior Dance Express Performing Dance Companies, who have won numerous awards. Michele herself has performed in many dance and musical productions and continues to do so.
She is also highly active in the community and possesses strong leadership qualities. Michele has directed, choreography and was fundraising coordinator for many charity events and benefits, including Toys for Toys, with the U.S. Marines, the SPCA of Luzerne County, and Animal Shelters to name a few. Here she and her students perform and give of themselves to the community.
Through the instruction of Michele, my daughter has become strong, confident, well rounded individual, with the same love and passion for dance. Dance has helped to instill self-discipline, and leadership qualities which has helped her become a successful competitor, dance demonstrator and honor student.

My relationship with Michele began as teacher-student relationship. Michele was the best dance teacher you could find in Northeastern Pennsylvania, and I was lucky enough to be her first student in the area she opened her studio. She taught me so much about technique, performance, and self-confidence.
We learned new and exciting routines with Michele, not the same old recycled dances that other studios were know for teaching. We used music that only well known DJ's could get their hands on. Everything we learned with Michele was cutting edge.
As years have passed, our relationship has grown into a friendship. Michele is someone I have turned to for advise with opening my own music business and she has been there for me every step. If ever I needed anything, I was always able to count on Michele.
Michele's work ethics are flawless; she is extremely knowledgeable and appropriately demanding. She strives for the best at all times to get perfection and she knows how to bring this out from every student.
She is a talented, hard working, organized, creative, and generous and caring individual. She is an entrepreneur who created one of the beast-known and most respected dance studios in this area.
In summary, I believe Michele is an outstanding dance instructor.
